Leading the way for Victoria’s rural and livestock transporters
LRTAV High Productivity Livestock Vehicle Network
The Livestock and Rural Transporters Association of Victoria High Productivity Livestock Vehicle (HPLV) Network is a key initiative improving the efficiency, safety and sustainability of livestock transport across Victoria. Backed by the Victorian Government and the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, it provides accredited operators access to a growing network designed for modern high productivity vehicles.
For operators, the network enables larger combinations on approved routes, reducing trips, lowering costs and increasing efficiency. For the wider agricultural supply chain, it strengthens connectivity, supports animal welfare outcomes and boosts productivity across farms, saleyards and processors.
The HPLV network is a strong example of industry and government working together to deliver a smarter, more efficient future for livestock transport.
